I created this page to give parents tips and ideas on how they can calm themselves and or their child. I call this page peace because in my moments of despair all I wanted was to be is at peace. Peace is what I found through knowledge and awareness. Here’s a few things that helped me find peace.

  1. Take a deep breath
  2. Know that its not your fault
  3. Forgive yourself
  4. Don’t Give Up
  5. Laugh from time to time
  6. Talk to someone you trust
  7. Work out
  8. Meditate
  9. Talk a Walk
  10. Go for a Drive
  11. Watch a movie with your child
  12. Take yourself out on a date


Again, these are a few things that help me be at peace. Do what works for you. I will also share  next year how each  thing has helped me.
